Youngster : young person. (toadler, child under ten or teenager up to the speaker)

Youth : young person. / period of the life (not an adult, not a child, usually teenagers)
- Yesterday two youth attacked a man on the street and stole his wallet. (uncountable noun)
- Politicians should consider the needs of the youth of the conutry as well as the adults's. (as a group, as a part of society)

When : specific time
Soon : a short time from now or an event.

- When did you get the prize?
- When is she going to turn up the light.
- I was shocked when she got married to him.

- I'll give you the money back when you come back to Korea in a month.
- At first, I was all alone but I soon made friends with the other guys.

- How soon can you finish the report? (urgent voice)
- When can you finish the report?
- How soon can you deliver some product more? (urgent voice)
